Green Tea has long been renowned as a herbal healer. Modern scientific research has confirmed that it offers natural health remedy benefits for cancer, heart disease, mental acuity, diabetes, ulcers, weight control, immunity and dental health, just to name a few benefits.
Do your body a favor and drink green tea. I must admit it did take some getting use to, drinking green tea. Try adding milk and a teaspoon of honey or sugar. Or you can mix a packet of green tea with another flavor such as English Breakfast or Earl Grey for a natural health supplement.
Make sure you do not use boiling water, just hot to steep green tea. Do not steep green tea over 5 minutes or it will become bitter tasting.
There are many types of antioxidants, in green tea including vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other natural health supplements. Both green tea and black teas improve the antioxidant capability of the blood. However, green tea has six times more powerful antioxidant strength then black tea.
Green tea is a natural health supplement, so drink it now!

Eat more blueberries, says a study from Tufts University in Boston (Journal of Neuroscience, Sept. 15, 1999).
Blueberries are high in antioxidants.
The researchers aren’t sure which specific compounds in blueberries give them their punch, but they suspect that other foods may provide age-reversing benefits.
A favorite pancake that has been given a healthy upgrade.
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1 cup soy flour 3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup dried blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place oats on baking sheet and toast 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to food processor and process 20 seconds until coarsely ground.
2. In large bowl, stir together soy flour, rice flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add milk powder, blueberries, and oats; stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
To prepare 8 pancakes: Scoop out 2 cups of mix into a medium bowl. Make a well in the center and stir in a mixture of 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 cup cold water, and 1 tablespoon olive oil until combined. Do not overmix. For each pancake, use a generous 1/4 cup of batter.

Moisturize your dry skin and brittle nails with a soy wax spa treatment.
A soy wax candle burns 95% cleaner than paraffin, producing little or no soot. Soy is healthier to breathe as it is burning. Dip your fingers into the melted soy wax oil for a warm spa treatment. Peel off after it hardens. What an incredible way to nourish and soften cuticles and nails.
“A 100% natural soy wax treatment is designed to nourish, moisturize and treat your skin and cuticles. Small amounts of the warmed oil can be directly massaged into the skin, leaving hands smooth, soft and pleasantly scented.”
“…There is a new ”manicure candle”: the Hot Soy Manicure Treatment by Aloette. Light it, blow it out, dip fingertips into the melted soy, vanilla and orange oils and then massage them into the nails and cuticles…” by Sally Wadyka.
