Revised Cabbage Soup Diet

Lose weight fast with this popular fat burning Cabbage Soup Diet. The revised Cabbage Soup Diet is a bit different from the original. The Brown Rice is in the soup and not on a given day. Fish and chicken can be substituted in place of the lean beef on day 5.
The Soup:
1 head cabbage
6 green onions
Scallions
6 Carrots
2 green peppers
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 large can of crushed or stewed tomatoes
1 bunch celery
2 cups or desired amount of cooked brown rice
1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
Some variations include a large can of V-8 juice.

Other ingredients to add include brown rice, summer squash, carrots,beets, etc. Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces. Add a little salt and pepper for flavor if you want. Mix everything in a large pot, and add enough water to cover everything. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer until the veggies are soft, about 1 hour.

The Diet:
* Day 1: Eat as much soup as you want, but eat only fruits(no bananas), drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
* Day 2: Eat raw or cooked vegetables all you want, but avoid beans, peas and corn. No fruits, and eat all the cabbage soup you want. Have a baked potato with butter at dinner.
* Day 3: You can eat as much fruit and veggies as you want, but no baked potato.
* Day 4: Bananas and skimmed milk with as much cabbage soup as you want.
* Day 5: Eat 10 to 20 ounces of lean beef and up to 6 tomatoes. Eat cabbage soup at least once, and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water.
* Day 6: Stuff yourself with veggies and fish or chicken. Eat the cabbage soup at least once. No baked potato.
* Day 7: Stuff yourself with unsweetened fruit juices and veggies. Eat cabbage soup at least once. No bread, alcohol, or diet soda.
* * You should have lost at least 5 lbs. – 10lbs. Much lighter after 7 days. This diet is a great way to detoxify your body, and quickly lose weight. Warning: after your weight loss, do not go back to your normal way of eating or you will gain it all back. Gradually add other foods, but not to much at a time.

Protein Diet Soup

Protein Diet Soup
3 Tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 onions
3 cups each of zucchini and yellow squash,
sliced and diced or 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
or broccoli
3 cups died cooked chicken
1 large can of diced tomatoes
3 cans (14 1/2oz each) or cartons of chicken broth
6 cups fresh baby spinach or 3 cups frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and squeezed dry.

In large saucepan over medium heat, add oil, garlic and onions;
cook until onions are transparent.
Raise heat and add remaining vegetables, except spinach
Cook until tender.
Add chicken, tomatoes, and broth;
bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Eat for 1 week and watch the weight drop off.
